Wipes Clog Pipes

ATTENTION RESIDENTS OF THE SANITARY DISTRICT OF DECATUR   “Flushable” wipes will exit your toilet but can clog your plumbing as well as create problems for the sewer system leading to overflows and costly repairs. The reason is that the components that allow them to stay moist don’t allow them to break down like toilet paper does. If you like using wipes, you should throw them into a bathroom trash can that has a plastic bag liner. Thank you for your Cooperation!
