Notice of Availability of the Sanitary District of Decatur 2017-2018 Audit

The Sanitary District of Decatur hereby provides public notice that an audit of its funds for the period May 1, 2017 through April 30, 2018 has been made by the accounting firm of CliftonLarsonAllen. The full report of the audit is available for public inspection at 501 Dipper Lane, Decatur IL 62522 during regular business hours 7:00AM to 4:00PM Monday through Friday except for holidays and is available HERE.

Public Act 097-0609 Compliance

Public Act 097-0609 requires that, at least six days before an employer participating in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund approves an employee’s total compensation package that is equal to or in excess of $150,000 per year; the employer must post the total compensation package for that employee. Public Act 097-0609 also requires that the total compensation package be posted not more than six business days after the budget is approved for employees making more than $75,000 in total compensation. The information may be posted on the employer’s website or at the principal office of the employer.
