NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON BUDGET AND APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE

The Board of Commissioners of the Sanitary District of Decatur, Macon County, Illinois will hold a public hearing on May 26, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. at the Administrative Office of the District, 501 Dipper Lane, Decatur, Illinois, concerning the tentative 2020-2021 budget and appropriation ordinance in accordance with the Illinois Municipal Budget Law, 50 ILCS 330/1 et seq.

Copies of the tentative budget and appropriation ordinance are available for public inspection at the link at the bottom of this article and can be mailed or emailed to any resident upon request.

Due to COVID-19 concerns the meeting may be held via video conference. Citizens still have the right to provide written and oral comments and ask questions concerning the budget and appropriation ordinance. Please check this website for up to date information concerning the meeting and how to participate.
