NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON 2023-2024 BUDGET AND APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE
The Board of Commissioners of the Sanitary District of Decatur, Macon County, Illinois will hold a public hearing on June 22, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. at the Administrative Office of the District, 501 Dipper Lane, Decatur, Illinois, concerning the tentative 2023-2024 budget and appropriation ordinance in accordance with the Illinois Municipal Budget Law, 50 ILCS 330/1 et seq. Copies of the tentative budget and appropriation ordinance are available for public inspection HERE and can be mailed or emailed to any resident upon request. If you cannot attend the hearing, written questions or comments can be submitted to kentn@sddcleanwater.org or mailed to the administrative office.
