The M.I.S. department is responsible for the following:
- Installation and support for LANs, CCTV, VOIP, Internet, and intranet systems.
- Installation and maintenance of district hardware and software.
- Troubleshooting and correcting issues with district hardware and software.
- Monitoring networks to ensure security and availability to district end users.
- Configuration of authentication and assignment of directory services.
- Maintaining district data backup and recovery
- Evaluate and modify system’s performance.
- Helpdesk services for district end users.
- Determine network and system requirements.
- Budgeting and procurement for the district’s computing needs.
