The M.I.S. department is responsible for the following:

  • Installation and support for LANs, CCTV, VOIP, Internet, and intranet systems.
  • Installation and maintenance of district hardware and software.
  • Troubleshooting and correcting issues with district hardware and software. 
  • Monitoring networks to ensure security and availability to district end users.
  • Configuration of authentication and assignment of directory services.
  • Maintaining district data backup and recovery 
  • Evaluate and modify system’s performance.
  • Helpdesk services for district end users. 
  • Determine network and system requirements.
  • Budgeting and procurement for the district’s computing needs.
