SDD Eastside Interceptor Rehabilitation Public Notice
The Sanitary District of Decatur is preparing for a maintenance contractor to perform work on the Eastside Interceptor. A portion of this project will be financed through the Water Pollution Control State Revolving Loan Program. As part of the program requirements, the proposed Ordinance must be published in a local newspaper and made available for a 30-day public comment period.
The Ordinance is attached below for those individuals who wish to submit comments.
